After many years of converting lofts at loftcraftuk this was a fantastic project for this local family.

We designed this loft to create 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom hip to gable with rear dormer conversion. The existing 3 bedroom semidetached became a bright modern 4-bedroom semidetached property.

By removing the wall to the 3rd bedroom on the ground floor, we were able to design the stairs with a single winder and a platform landing, giving this hallway a more open and spacious feel.
